1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Omega Association360 (“the Service”) at myassociation360.org, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to all terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Omega Association360 is a membership and association management platform that enables organizations to manage members, finances, events, meetings, and communications. The Service is provided on a subscription basis to registered associations and their members.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code.
• Use the Service to send unsolicited or unauthorized messages (spam).
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

5. SMS and WhatsApp Messaging

By opting in to receive SMS and WhatsApp messages from Omega Association360, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• You will receive association-related messages including dues reminders, meeting notifications, event announcements, and account alerts.
• Message frequency varies based on association activity.
• Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details.
• You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.
• You can get help by replying HELP to any message or by emailing support@myassociation360.org.
• Consent to receive messages is not a condition of membership, purchase, or use of the Service.

Supported carriers include but are not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and other major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Payment terms and billing cycles are outlined during the subscription process. Membership dues and financial transactions processed through the platform are managed by each association’s administrators.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Omega Association360 and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Omega Association360 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may request account deactivation or data deletion through the member portal.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
